1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Policy
We offer a 7-day Return and Exchange policy from the date of delivery. If you have a size issue or receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request an exchange or return within this window.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- We will arrange a free replacement for you immediately.
4. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange?
It’s simple!
- Contact Us: Send a message on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and the reason for return/exchange.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
- Inspection: Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process your exchange or refund.
5. Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) within 3-5 business days.
- COD Orders: For COD returns, we will ask for your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund securely.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as innerwear or items bought during a “Clearance Sale,” may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
