5. Incorrect Address & Undelivered Orders

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate. NUMETI is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts by the courier, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at our support email.
  • In the rare event that a package is lost in transit, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund after confirmation from our logistics partner.
